I see they are in the 16è, which is an area in Paris I know very well. They should not be too hard to find, the street is only 300m long. I shall go and discuss this matter with them and if they are not prepared to negociate I will be left with no other alternative but to use the French legal system. I think I have explained before, and my legal advice agrees, that is it a well know tactic in Paris to claim an excuse when the delivery company see that the delivery is 'too hard'. In my case, 'too hard' equates to 6th floor, no elevator. The excuse was 2 FIVE 6 rue St Martin, which does not exist. I have given 2 FOUR 6 rue St Martin as my address. Regards
